About Me

Hi! I'm Megan. I grew up in Minnesota, and moved to Dubuque when my boyfriend turned fiancé turned husband got a job as an Engineer at John Deere in 2011. We have three adorable, opinionated, hilarious children who keep us on our toes and make sure we stay addicted to coffee.

I graduated with my BSN from Bethel University in St. Paul in 2011. I decided to go back to Bethel to pursue my MSN and become a certified nurse-midwife after my son, Oliver's, birth in 2014. I became passionate about providing postpartum care especially for women during that time. Owen helped me finish out my education and was born two weeks after I took midwifery boards in 2017. Onyx came along in 2019 and has been a light during the difficult year that is 2020.

My passion for midwifery came naturally and evolved over time. For many years I have supported women through women's health concerns, fertility support, prenatal and postpartum care. I can't wait to help you achieve your dreams!
