All visits must be redeemed within 18 months

If a pregnancy is achieved before all 12 visits are redeemed, they can be transferred into prenatal consultations

 

6 Visit Hormonal Wellness Package - $1975

Includes 6 visits (60-90 minutes in length), 2 hormone test kits

All visits must be redeemed within 12 months

 

3 Visit Hormonal Wellness Package - $1125

Includes 3 visits (60-90 minutes in length), 1 hormone test kit

All visits must be redeemed within 6 months

Medication/HRT management - $975

Includes 4 visits in a 12 month period, no testing kits included with purchase

This is perfect for people looking to be supported through medications or hormone replacement therapy.

Prenatal Packages

7 Visit Pregnancy Package - $1725

This includes 7, 90 minute appointments spread through your pregnancy and postpartum. We will get deep into physiological changes, what to expect at each stage, and how to support any discomforts during that time. 

 

4 Trimesters Package - $1065

This plan includes one 90 minute visit per trimester, including your 4th trimester post delivery. 

 

Specialty labs and services can be added to either of these plans.
